No Glue "Pasting"

On days like today, when it is raining pretty much all day, I find it a little difficult to entertain Corben. Luckily we have come up with an activity that keeps him busy for quite a while - No Glue "Pasting":

All you need to do is cut a piece of contact paper to the size you want your picture to be, then tape it a table with the right side of the contact facing down. Peel off the backing paper to reveal the sticky side and you're ready to 'paste':

We use all sorts of things - feathers, pom poms, bits of felt, scraps of paper, patty pan liners, googly eyes and aluminium foil, all of which stick to the contact paper quite well.

Once done you can either pull your bits and pieces off to use again, or put a piece of clear contact paper over the top to stop everything falling off and hang it up for all to admire:

Remember, too much pasting might make your eyes go all cah-RAY-zee!
